By default, Promigra Server Migrator uses port 9286 for communication between the server and clients. If Windows Firewall is on, the exception has to be added. If you select the check box »Add an exception to the Windows Firewall«, the setup program will make those changes for you.
Select ClickOnce User Client location
Promigra Server Migrator uses Microsoft ClickOnce technology to deploy the User Client application to user computers. On this wizard page you configure the location from which the User Clients will be deployed. The first field contains the path that the setup program should use to install the files. The second field contains the path that users will use to run the User Client application. You can read more on different deployment options in the User Client Deployment section.

User Client Deployment
Promigra Server Migrator applies Microsoft ClickOnce technology to deploy User Client to user computers. Deployment can be done from a shared folder or from a Web server.
Deployment from a shared folder
Deployment from a shared folder is easier because you don’t have to configure a Web server. All you have to do is share the folder with User Client setup files.
Limitation of this type of deployment is that only one project can be run at a time.
Deployment from a Web server
When User Client is deployed from a Web server, project ID can be passed as a parameter in URL. This makes it possible to run several projects simultaneously from the same Promigra Server Migrator Installation.
